Due to increased temperatures during the summer months, some products—especially those containing natural oils, butters, waxes, and heat-sensitive ingredients—may soften or melt while being shipped.

While we do our best to use packaging methods designed to help protect products from heat exposure, we cannot guarantee that products will remain completely unaffected by extreme temperatures during transit or delivery.

If your product arrives softened or melted, please allow it to sit at room temperature until it solidifies naturally, or place it in the refrigerator for approximately 15–30 minutes before use. In most cases, melting does not affect the quality, effectiveness, or safety of the product, though texture or appearance may vary slightly after re-solidifying.

We recommend retrieving packages promptly after delivery and avoiding prolonged exposure to heat or direct sunlight. By placing an order during warmer months, customers acknowledge and accept the possibility of heat-related changes during shipping

Ingredients:

Beef Tallow, Cera Alba (Beeswax), Mel (Manuka Honey), Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Ricinus Communis (Castor) Seed Oil, Calendula Officinalis Flower Extract, Rosa Canina (Rosehip) Seed Oil, Hydrolyzed Collagen, Sodium Hyaluronate, Vanilla planifolia (Vanilla), Theobroma cacao (Cocoa).

DIRECTIONS:

Step 1: wash face and hands

Step 2: Take a small amount of  into palms and rub palms together (amount depends on where your using it)  

Step 3: Gently massage on face, body, or hands

Step 4:  recommend twice daily (morning and night) 

SAFETY: Do not use if you have an allergy to beef or other animal proteins. Do not use if you have an allergy to nuts or seed oils! Read product details before use!

FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY. Avoid contact with eyes, keep out of the reoch of children. If pregnant, consult with your health care provider before use, Rub a very small amount on the inside of your forearm or elbow area and wait 24 hours to test for any allergic reaction before use. 

Face Balm Shelf Life:

• Typical range: 6–12 months when stored properly.

• Storage tips:

  • Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.

  • Avoid introducing water into the container to prevent bacterial growth.

• Signs it’s gone bad:

  • Off or rancid smell

  • Change in color or texture

  • Separation of ingredients that doesn’t mix back in
